Privacy
We are a small business. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell or share your details.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, any note you add, and the items you ordered.
- When you write to us: your name, email and message.
- When you vote for something you would like us to stock: what you asked for, and your email only if you choose to leave it so we can tell you when it arrives. Only our team sees votes; nothing is published.
- When you ask us to tell you when a sold-out item is back: your email and which item. We email you once when it is back, then delete the request. Requests still waiting after 180 days are deleted.
- When you chat with us on WhatsApp: the conversation happens in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Our website does not see or store it.
- When you answer a poll: your answer, counted anonymously. For a prize draw we also ask your email, only to contact the winner; it is erased 90 days after the draw closes.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- No third-party fonts, widgets or social media scripts on this site.
- We never ask for card or payment details on the website.
- Your cart is kept on your own device, not on our server.
- For 18+ items we ask your age. It is checked in your browser and never sent to us; only a yes or no is remembered, until you close the tab.
How we use it
Only to deliver your order, contact you about it, answer your messages, and decide what to stock next. If someone misuses the shop (for example repeated fake orders), we may keep their email address or phone number on a private list so they can't order on the website.
How long we keep it
Personal details on delivered or cancelled orders are automatically erased after 365 days. Contact messages are erased after 180 days. We keep only the newest 500 votes; older ones are deleted. Only the items and totals remain, with no name or address attached.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Contact us with your order number.
