Description
New York City has fallen under the iron rule of Oroku Hiroto, grandson of the Shredder, and only one Ninja Turtle is left alive. Haunted by the memory of the brothers he lost, this lone warrior sets out on a desperate mission of vengeance against the empire that destroyed his family. Based on a long-lost 1987 story outline by TMNT co-creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, and brought to life decades later by Eastman and Tom Waltz with art by Esau & Isaac Escorza and Ben Bishop, The Last Ronin is a dark, emotional take on the Turtles' final chapter. It's a New York Times bestseller and one of the most acclaimed TMNT stories ever told. No prior Turtles reading required. Collects Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin #1–5.
